I was originally going to go to Korea - typical. But, I received a nomination from my Law/favourite teacher haha, for this conference that is being held next summer in New York and Washginton D.C for the American conference and the European one is in Prague, Budapest and Vienna. I head about it earlier this year but didn't think much of it. But considering what I want to study (global studies) in university and my interests in humanities, world issues etc. I think it'd be a good once-in-a-lifetime experience. Plus, meeting people from around the world with the same interests will be pretty sweet. So... no Korea next year, perhaps the year after... who knows?
Also next summer, I'm hoping to go down South... and maybe visit some places where Dr.King spoke or where different movements were (Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana + more) so instead of going to Korea, that's what my summer will probably be like and not to mention university preperation - GAH!
